We don't charge anything to take a look and diagnose the problem, if you decide that after the problem is diagnosed that you don't want to go ahead and have it repaired then that's completely fine, we don't ask for any payment details until after we've diagnosed the problem and you've decided to hire our services to fix the problem.

Once we have diagnosed the problem i can give you a quote based on how long i estimate the job will take. We also do the small simple jobs that take a few minutes but don't charge you for an hours work. We specialize in a wide range of software problems including identifying and removing viruses and spyware, some of these can be removed using ant-virus and other software however some viruses are a little more complicated and are beyond the average pc user however i do recommend visiting the Tools & Tips section of the website to see if you can fix the problem first yourself.


We can also fix printer software problems, diagnose windows errors and software errors and can help in speeding up your computers performance however most windows systems are pretty well tweaked so don't be expecting magical solutions to increasing speeds, tweaking settings and removing unnecessary programs and viruses can speed up a computer dramatically in some cases but things such as the processor power and particularly RAM along with the programs you are running are more often than not are the main culprit in slowing down a system, just something to be aware of because too many companies offer to "optimize" your pc when in truth windows is already quite well optimized and tweaking wont make a huge difference IF the problem stems from processor demanding programs or a lack of RAM after upgrading to a more powerful windows operating system for example.


That's not to say that there isn't things we can do to optimize your system and sometimes they can have a big effect to the speed but generally other factors have a much bigger role in slowing down your computer than settings not been tweaked do so i would usually use these tweaking methods as part of my solution to solving where the problems are but the main thing is to diagnose what applications and scenarios lead to this problem. Also a quick read of internet articles will tell you how to do most of these tweaking tricks so the point I'm getting at is don't expect tweaking alone to have a massive effect, i will tweak but ill expect to find some program, RAM issue or virus is the biggest part of the cause.
