This
is a free service, when doing a remote diagnosis were
just taking a look at your computer
via www.logmein.com which is a widely recognised, secured
and approved software for remotely accessing computers
by businesses and technicians
the world through. You can visit their site for more information
on security issues. After you have recieved a diagnosis
we will then advise how much it is to repair the problem
and you are then under no obligation as to
whether or not you decide to go ahead. We never ask for
any payment details until after the free disagnosis is
complete and you agree to the repair fee.

link to me gaining access to their pc to give you an idea
how easy it is.
With the customer's permission, a small .exe file automatically downloads
to the remote PC. It's the interface through which Technicians communicate
with Customers and conduct remote support. The Applet automatically removes
itself from the remote PC at session conclusion. No files are left on the
computer, later access is not possible without the pc owner re-downloading
a new .exe
file and agreeing to the terms again.
The Applet provides remote Customers with:
Interactive Chat and detailed Session History
Prompts to permit or deny Technician access to all functions
File Transfer to the Technician
Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time
You don't necessarily need to be at the pc after we gain control,
we can do all the controlling for our end including rebooting
and reconnecting however as stated you can have full control
over the session and can terminate
it at any time. Once the session ends your computer is
completely secured again, i must send another file and have
you open it before i can gain
access again.
